Timothy is the owner of Musik Alley. Running most of the behind the scene operations as well as most of our instrument services and repair, Timothy is a seasoned musician and has lots of experience working on instruments. There's no one better to trust with your instruments other than Timothy.

Keegan McDonald - Is a seasoned musician with an impressive background that includes opening for Alien Ant Farm and hands-on experience in a professional recording studio. His deep knowledge of music gear is legendary—he’s the one who brought Ormsby Guitars to the attention of our owner, Timothy, through his insightful recommendation. With a keen eye for innovative brands and the next breakthrough in music equipment, Keegan is always at the forefront of the latest gear trends.

Blaine Gilbert-Assistant manager/Repairs Blaine is one of our Sales Associates here at Musik Alley. Blaine also handles many of our electronics repairs as well as regular guitar maintenance and repairs. Blaine has extensive experience handling various electronic repairs, which he uses to work on our customers instruments.

Andy Wolf-Bugayoung– Brings 10 years of experience with band instruments and a strong background in music education. A former student of Tennessee Tech University and current student of Northeast State, he has studied music extensively and is well versed in music theory. His true passion lies in singing, particularly in musical theatre and operatic vocalization. Locals may recognize Andy’s friendly face from the Kingsport Theatre Guild, where he has played lead roles in multiple productions
